3. Guest Spot Listings

Coaches and team managers who post guest spot listings agree to:

• Provide accurate information about available spots, tournaments, and team details
• Only seek players who are genuinely available and not currently committed to other teams
• Respond to player inquiries within 48 hours
• Not engage in player "poaching" or recruiting from other teams without proper consent
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with all users

4. Player Applications

Players and families who apply for guest spots agree to:

• Provide accurate information about player skills, experience, and availability
• Communicate honestly with coaches about commitments to other teams
• Respect coaches' decisions regarding team selection
• Follow through on commitments made to teams

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
• Scrape, copy, or duplicate content without permission
• Spam or send unsolicited commercial messages

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant Global Soccer Events a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform's services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Global Soccer Events does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform. We are not responsible for verifying the credentials or background of coaches, teams, or players.

8. Limitation of Liability

Global Soccer Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms
