GSE Partner Terms of Service

1. Agreement Overview

By posting a guest player spot on Global Soccer Events ("GSE"), you ("Partner," "Tour Operator," or "Team Manager") agree to these Terms of Service. GSE operates as a lead generation and matching platform connecting youth soccer players with international tournament opportunities.

2. Commission Structure

2.1 What Qualifies as a "GSE-Generated Lead"?

A GSE-generated lead includes any player who:

• Applied to your guest spot through the GSE platform
• Was matched to your listing via GSE's recommendation engine
• Contacted you after viewing your listing on GSE
• Was referred to you through GSE's email notifications or dashboard

2.2 Payment Terms

• Due Date: Payment is due within 14 days of player registration confirmation
• Payment Method: Invoice will be sent via email with payment instructions
• Late Fees: Accounts unpaid after 30 days may incur late fees as specified in your partnership agreement
• Disputes: Commission disputes must be raised within 7 days of invoice

2.3 Commission Exemptions

No commission is owed if:

• The player was already on your roster prior to GSE listing
• The player withdraws before official registration
• Your tour/tournament is cancelled
• The player was sourced through your own marketing efforts with documented proof

3. Partner Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Listing Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all guest spot listings, including:

• Tournament dates and locations
• Player costs and what's included
• Refund policies
• Application deadlines
• Team culture and expectations

3.2 Timely Communication

Partners must respond to player applications within 48 hours and provide clear acceptance/rejection decisions within 7 days of application.

3.3 COPPA Compliance

All player data accessed through GSE is protected under COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). Partners must not:

• Share player personal information with third parties
• Use player data for marketing purposes outside of GSE
• Contact players directly without parental consent

3.4 Safety & Verification

Partners are responsible for:

• Maintaining current background checks for all staff
• Providing proof of liability insurance upon request
• Complying with SafeSport or equivalent youth protection policies
• Honoring all refund policies stated in listings

4. GSE Responsibilities

4.1 Platform Services

GSE provides:

• Verified player CV database with coach references
• Values-based matching algorithm
• Application tracking and communication tools
• COPPA-compliant data management
• Marketing and SEO to drive qualified leads

4.2 No Placement Guarantees

GSE does not guarantee player placements. We provide lead generation services only. Final player selection and registration are at the Partner's sole discretion.

4.3 Privacy Shield

GSE will never publicly display Partner contact information. All communications flow through the GSE platform until a match is confirmed.

5. Listing Policies

5.1 Automatic Expiration

Listings automatically expire when the application deadline passes. Partners must update or renew listings to keep them active.

5.2 Duplicate Prevention

Only one active listing per age group/gender/tournament combination is allowed. Duplicate listings will be flagged for review.

5.3 Content Standards

Listings must not contain:

• Discriminatory language or requirements
• Misleading cost information
• External links or contact information
• Inappropriate or unprofessional content

6. Termination

GSE reserves the right to suspend or terminate Partner accounts for:

• Non-payment of commission fees
• Violation of COPPA or youth protection policies
• Fraudulent or misleading listings
• Harassment of families or GSE staff
• Repeated failure to respond to applications

7. Limitation of Liability

GSE is a lead generation platform only. We are not responsible for:

• Player performance or behavior during tours
• Disputes between Partners and families
• Cancellations, refunds, or travel issues
• Injuries, accidents, or incidents during tournaments
• Accuracy of player CV information (verified by coaches, not GSE)

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

9. Changes to Terms

GSE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Partners will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
