Global Soccer Events No-Poach Agreement

By signing this agreement, I ("Coach") agree to the following terms when using Global Soccer Events (GSE) to find guest players:

1. No Recruitment or Poaching

I will NOT use guest playing opportunities to recruit, poach, or solicit players to permanently join my club or team. Guest playing is for temporary participation only.

2. Respect Player's Current Club

I acknowledge that guest players have primary commitments to their home clubs. I will not interfere with these relationships or encourage players to leave their current teams.

3. Transparent Communication

If a player or parent expresses interest in joining my club after a guest playing experience, I will direct them to contact their current club director first and follow proper transfer protocols.

4. Violation Consequences

I understand that verified poaching violations will result in immediate removal from GSE, loss of Club-Friendly badge, and potential permanent ban from the platform.

5. Reporting Mechanism

I acknowledge that players, parents, and club directors can report suspected poaching behavior, and GSE will investigate all reports fairly.
